Whole Health Journey

This program is perfect for anyone who is wanting to take their health to the next level. Together, we will dive deep into your health and wellness goals over a course of 6 sessions. I will guide you through many practices of self care and healing to track with your health goals so you can have the support you need to live your most vibrant life to include: stress management, self care, breath work, calming your mind, nutrition, sleep, movement, skin health and grounding.

Includes: 1 RITUAL Dice, 1 RITUAL Journal, 1 Self Love Mantra Cards, 1 Self Love Bracelet Set

Skin Health & Healing

This guided program includes a deep focus on skin health and healing and working from within to truly heal the skin. I will do a skin analysis and guide you through many healing aspects such as nutrition and self care practices for vibrant skin health. My organic skin care kit (Naturally Powerful Skin Care Kit) nourishes the skin and provides the skin with healthy nutrients to begin the healing process. You will be guided on how to use the skin care kit and nutritional nourishment for the skin.

Employee Wellness & Group Sessions

I am available to come to businesses and offer a wellness session to your team or for a group of friends, family, etc. This is totally tailored to your needs and is completely unique to your group. We will start with a complimentary consultation to determine the group's needs and we will build a session based on what you are looking for.

Price: dependent upon amount of participants and length of time, etc. These sessions are done in person. I am willing to travel to host your group.
